We chose New Braunfels, Texas as the location for our law office because we love practicing in smaller communities in Texas. In addition to New Braunfels (Comal County), we represent individuals in San Marcos (Hays County), and in Seguin (Guadalupe County).
Our practice focuses on Criminal Defense and Family Law. We are passionate about our role as defenders in the criminal justice system, and we have never worked as prosecutors. We embrace the Constitution and work tirelessly to make sure that your Constitutional rights are respected at every stage. Click here to learn more about the cases we handle most often.
What you can expect from our law firm:
Respect. It is not our job to judge you. If you choose our firm, we are YOUR lawyers and regardless of the type of charge you are facing, or family situation you are trying to resolve, we will treat you with respect. We know how stressful and embarrassing it can potentially be for you and your family when you are accused of a crime, going through a divorce, or negotiating child support. We are on your team and our goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
Honesty. We will always tell you the truth, and will never mislead you. You will be asked to make some very important decisions about your case, and you cannot make good decisions if you do not have a lawyer who is honest with you.
Communication. We will return your phone calls, usually within one business day. We will meet with you as often as necessary to go over the facts of your case, and to explain our evaluation of your options. We will explain the law and how it applies to your case in a way that you can understand.
Results. No lawyer can honestly guarantee a particular result-- every case is different, and there are many factors involved that can change from one person's situation to another. We do promise to do our best to achieve the outcome you deserve, and will work hard to explore every available option. We will not hesitate to take a case to trial if necessary and if it is in your best interest.
If respect, honesty, communication and hard work are important to you, contact us today to set up a consultation about your case.
